Planning a visit

Getting ready before we meet

Please contact us before visiting 14 Kingsway Wharf, Swansea, so we can arrange a time that suits both sides. A short call or message lets us prepare for what you want to discuss.

  1. Agree a time first

Which day and part of the day would suit you, and who from your team should join the conversation so decisions can be made together?

  2. Bring your materials

Do you have floor plans, photographs, a running order or an equipment list that would help us understand the space and the programme you have in mind?

  3. Decide what to cover

Is your priority equipment setup, lighting, sound, camera operation or workflow planning, and is there anything you would like us to look at first?
