Prices
Typical rates for our studio, camera, lighting, sound and workflow services, with what each includes and how ordering and payment work.
From first enquiry to a paid invoice
Nothing is bought on this website. Every order starts with a conversation, moves to a written quotation and ends with an invoice paid by bank transfer. The steps below show how each stage goes so you know what to expect.
Send an enquiry
Use the contact form to describe the production, the venue and the services you are interested in. Include any dates you are considering and the equipment you already have. We read it and come back with questions where something is unclear.
What you leave withA shared understanding of what you want to broadcast
Talk through the details
We discuss the space, the format and who will run the studio afterwards. If a site visit would help, we arrange it with you. This is where the scope and the likely crew are settled.
What you leave withAn agreed scope of services and crew
Receive a written quotation
We send a quotation listing each service, the price, what it includes and what could change it, such as extra days or additional equipment. Take the time you need to read it and ask questions.
What you leave withA written quotation with itemised prices
Confirm in writing
When you are happy, you confirm the quotation in writing and we agree the dates. Cancellation and refund terms follow the payment and refund policy, which is available on this site to read beforehand.
What you leave withA confirmed booking with agreed dates
Pay the invoice
We issue an invoice that matches the confirmed quotation, and you pay it by bank transfer using the details shown. Any change to the work is agreed in writing before it affects the total.
