Questions we hear often
- We work on television news studios, panel and discussion shows, live events and filmed concerts or festivals. Each project is different, so we begin by understanding the space, the format and the people who will run it. From there we suggest which services are useful.
- Yes, in many cases we plan around existing cameras, mixers and monitors rather than replacing them. We review what you have, note any gaps and explain what would improve reliability. You decide what to keep and what to add.
- We offer both, and they can be booked separately. Some clients want a studio installed and then run it themselves, while others need camera operators or an audio engineer for each production. We will discuss which arrangement suits your team.
- We look at the room, the ceiling height, the camera positions and the presenters who will sit there. The plot aims for a consistent look from shot to shot and from day to day. We leave notes so your crew can repeat it.
- Yes. Live workflow planning covers run sheets, cue structures and briefings so that everyone understands their part. We keep the language plain and walk through a rehearsal before the first broadcast, so the team feels ready.
- We are based in Swansea and travel to studios, venues and event sites as the project requires. Travel arrangements are agreed in advance and noted in the written quotation. Tell us where the production is and we will say what is practical.
- Send an enquiry through the contact page describing the production and what you need. We reply with questions if anything is unclear, then provide a written quotation. The prices page shows typical rates to help you plan.
- Once you confirm the quotation in writing, we issue an invoice that is paid by bank transfer. Nothing is paid through the website. Cancellations and refunds follow the payment and refund policy, which you can read before you agree.
